I am writing today to complain of the poor service and quality product. I ordered a product from your store online on December 23 and when i received the product, i feel it's different from your description in your web store. 

materials of products your store looks very thin and the color looks faded. other than that the response time of booking very long. 

To resolve the problem, I would like you to replace the item with the goods corresponding to the description on your website or you can return the money that I pay.
